Mithril is the deployment layer for physical AI: software that turns modern robotics models into dependable robot labor. We bring perception, task execution, recovery behaviors, and workflow-specific context together in a single system that runs on top of the cobots customers already own. When the environment deviates, the cell adapts, retries, recovers, and completes the downstream steps on its own, instead of stopping the line for a human. Reliability is the product.

It also goes live fast. A new workflow is defined in plain operational context rather than custom robot code, so a cell goes from spec to production in days, not quarters. No systems integrator, no line retooling: the cobot already on the floor gets an intelligence upgrade.

Industrial cells are built for repeatability, but real production is full of variation: failed picks, skewed items, bad scans, packaging variance, ambiguous inspection. The hard part isn't running the happy path once. It's keeping a cell running when reality drifts. Today that gap is filled by operators recovering the line by hand, which is why most high-mix work never clears an automation ROI worth pursuing.
